What is Water4All?

What is Water4All?
The Sustainable Water Management (SWM) doctoral training programme, WATER4ALL, brings together complementary expertise of a diverse group of researchers from four leading universities in Türkiye to offer unique interdisciplinary, intersectoral and international research and training opportunities for 20 highly competitive Doctoral Candidates (DCs).

Implementing Partners
WATER4ALL is coordinated by Izmir Institute of Technology (IZTECH) in collaboration with three partner organisations: Gebze Technical University (GTU), Istanbul Technical University (ITU) and Middle East Technical University (METU). All universities are located in four major cities in Türkiye, Ankara, Istanbul, Izmir, and Kocaeli. Each implementing partner will be recruiting DCs.

Associated Partners

15 associated partner organisations, consisting of 10 academic and 5 non-academic organisations, will actively contribute to the program by offering secondments and/or short stays. Associated partners are located in Europe, USA and Türkiye.

Our Supervisors

WATER4ALL Doctoral Candidates (DCs) will benefit from the guidance of a multidisciplinary team of supervisors with extensive expertise in both non-academic and industrial sectors. Each DC will be assigned top-tier academic supervisors from diverse yet complementary disciplines for their respective PhD projects. This supervisory team will provide guidance to the students in terms of day-to-day supervision and training programs.
